If you want to use IP-PSTN intermix calling, you would have to create a new account on Exotel with a Veeno tag that will ensure that your services are compliant. Your agents can make and receive calls on the Exotel dashboard or CRM through VoIP after that. If you want VoIP calling within your products, our Web, Android and iOS VoIP SDKs can be integrated.

If you have made the call to a SIP ID and also passed the phone number of the user, Exotel would automatically fallback to a PSTN call if the user’s internet is switched off.
