Exotel, the leader in the Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) segment in emerging markets, has named Adarsh Dikshith as its new CFO. This is the fourth major leadership appointment that Exotel has made in recent times.
Adarsh comes to Exotel as it seeks to put itself on a hypergrowth trajectory post its $100 Mn fundraising in multiple rounds. While growing at a 70% YoY, the company is making a solid push to expand its global footprint of late. Powering communication to 90% of India’s consumer unicorns, Exotel is already a leader in the emerging markets and is aggressively pressing its advantage through strategic investments. For example, the company recently acquired a virtual telecom operator license from the DoT (Department of Telecom) India.
Adarsh brings in more than 24 years of experience where he helped companies evolve and scale their growth beyond their geographies and maturity stages. He has driven Financial transformation serving as CFO with software and finance companies like Blue Yonder, Allianz, and The Math Company. Adarsh joins Exotel from HighRadius, where he focused on leading the Finance organisation in designing and preparing to go public.
