You can switch easily by creating a new Exotel account with a UL-VNO (Veeno) tag to ensure compliance. Your agents can start making and receiving VoIP calls via the Exotel dashboard or your CRM. For in-app VoIP calling, simply integrate our Web, Android, or iOS SDKs.
Will international call quality be affected with VoIP?

How does VoIP improve call pickup rates?

How does the fallback mechanism work?
