Exotel has announced key leadership appointments and elevations across operations, product, finance, marketing, and people functions to strengthen its AI-led customer engagement strategy. The move follows the Dubverse acqui-hire and supports Exotel’s growing Voice AI, CCaaS, and CPaaS business, serving over 7,000 enterprises globally.

Leadership Appointments and Elevations

Rohan Shanbagh Elevated to Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Exotel has elevated Rohan Shanbagh to the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). In his expanded role, Rohan will oversee business operations, execution excellence, and profitability across the organization, enabling Exotel to scale efficiently while deepening customer impact.

Sanjeeth R Appointed Chief Product Officer (CPO)

Exotel has appointed Sanjeeth R as Chief Product Officer (CPO). Rejoining Exotel while continuing his association with sales productivity platform Luru, Sanjeeth will lead the company’s product strategy across Voice AI, Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), and Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) offerings.

His focus will include accelerating AI-first product innovation and enhancing customer engagement experiences for enterprises globally.

Ananda Kumar Appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The company has also appointed Ananda Kumar as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Ananda brings extensive experience in financial and operational transformation across technology businesses and will lead Exotel’s financial strategy as the company enters its next phase of growth.

Udit Agarwal Elevated to SVP & Global Head of Partnerships and Marketing

Udit Agarwal has been elevated to Senior Vice President and Global Head of Partnerships and Marketing. In this role, he will spearhead global partnerships, strategic alliances, and demand generation initiatives across key markets.

Sumithra Sivaramakrishnan Elevated to Head of People and Culture

Exotel has also promoted Sumithra Sivaramakrishnan to Head of People and Culture. She will lead organizational development, leadership initiatives, and people strategy as the company continues to scale its global teams.
