Quikr unveiled a new product called Quikr Services, with the primary goals to connect potential customers on Quikr to the right vendors for their specific needs.
With a comprehensive database of vendors offering a wide array of services, the first challenge was preventing customers from being bombarded with calls from irrelevant vendors, and enabling them to speak to multiple vendors for the best experience.
Next was a requirement for a system for visibility into leads passed to service providers and easy dispute resolution. Quikr also wanted to keep customers informed of new services so educating customers about new services without calling them individually was also a huge requirement.
When a potential buyer logs in a request, Exotel connects them with the appropriate vendors. Calls are connected via Exotel, allowing the buyer to speak to multiple vendors without revealing their number. It maintains the privacy and security of confidential information.
Quikr also analyzes information from Exotel’s call data to monetize services, including charging vendors based on call duration, analyzing data to improve services, and more. And to keep the engagement with the customers, Exotel aids in sending SMS blasts to customers, alerting them about new services in their area.
