The unique challenge presented to Drishti as their solutions provider was finding a solution that could capture data and media information in a CISCO environment. Simultaneously, it should be able to integrate with a pre-installed CISCO Network ACD using CISCOCTIOSAPI. As a corollary, it would also regurgitate captured data on a real-time and historical reporting basis.
Kochar deployed Drishti's AMEYO solution, integrating with Cisco Call Manager via the skinny client control protocol. Ameyo VoIP Logger connects to SPAN ports, mirroring media data, and links to CISCO Peripheral Gateway for call event management.
The web-based Ameyo Client provides detailed call analysis to CISCO Clients, Supervisors, and Administrators, featuring passive voice logging with MP3 compression and efficient archival cleanup.
