What is Campaigns API?

Campaigns API beta  is an outbound calling solution that can schedule, communicate, gather and report feedback from your customers. This is a complete scalable solution with the aim of optimizing for reach. The API allows the user to specify the start and end times of the campaign, set the number of retries and the interval between the retries.

 

How it works

Create, schedule and manage calls to all the users in your outreach

You can also specify the retry logic when customers do not answer the first time. Campaigns can be paused & resumed

The campaign runs as scheduled and the reports are generated

Reports are generated with details like the time of the call, time of the retry etc. This can be used to understand the user behavior

Yes, we do support SMS campaigns. View the support docs.
All campaigns are run only between 9 AM and 9 PM. Campaigns set beyond 9 PM are carried forward to the next day.
Automated Call Campaigns API is available for free for a limited time period during its beta phase. Upon the completion of beta phase and launch as general availability, Exotel may choose to charge for the same. A notification shall be provided in advance regarding the completion of beta phase and pricing.
